技術內容摘要

(1) Reference C codes for MMVD IP;

(2) Architecture of H.264 bit-stream processing modules including parser and VLD (UVLD/CAVLD);

(3) Architecture of MMVD Hybrid Texture Decoder (HTD) module;

(4) Architecture of MMVD Hybrid Pixel Compensator (HPC) module;

(5) Architecture of MMVD In-loop de-blocking filter (for H.264);

(6) Synthesizable RTL codes of the above mentioned modules and associated test-benches and SYNOPSYS synthesis scripts;

(7) A low-cost MMVD video decoder architecture;

(8) Passing Faraday FIE-8100 FPGA prototyping;

(9) Documentation;

Two stage delivery:

(1) Stage 1: MMVD (JPEG/MPEG-1/2/4/H.264) video decoder;

(2) Stage 2: MMVD + VC-1 SP video decoder;

授權金及衍生利益金

一、授權金：兩階段之技術移轉授權金共計新台幣貳佰柒拾萬元整。丙方應依下列期程支付甲方：

(1) MMVD (JPEG/MPEG-1/2/4/H.264) video decoder：共計新台幣貳佰?拾萬元整，於相關資料交付後壹個月內付清。

(2) MMVD+VC-1 decoder：共計新台幣肆拾萬元整，於相關資料交付後壹個月內付清。
