一種利用蚯蚓轉化有機廢棄物為有機肥料的方法,包含以下步驟:(1).將已發酵的廢棄菇包木屑與已發酵的牛糞混合而得到有機廢棄物,且以該有機廢棄物的總乾重為100wt%,該已發酵的廢棄菇包木屑的乾重範圍為30wt%至80wt%,該已發酵的牛糞的乾重範圍為20wt%至70wt%;及(2).將掘穴環爪蚓放置於該有機廢棄物中進行堆肥處理,以在該掘穴環爪蚓的作用下使該有機廢棄物轉化為有機肥料。本發明方法不僅於該堆肥處理期間該掘穴環爪蚓的生長及繁殖情況良好,且所獲得的該有機肥料符合有機質肥料品目編號5-10的碳氮比規範。 A method for converting organic waste into organic fertilizer using earthworms includes the following steps: (1) mixing fermented waste mushroom bag sawdust with fermented cow manure to obtain organic waste, wherein based on the total dry weight of the organic waste being 100wt%, the dry weight of the fermented waste mushroom bag sawdust ranges from 30wt% to 80wt%, and the dry weight of the fermented cow manure ranges from 20wt% to 70wt%; and (2) placing Perionyx excavatus in the organic waste for composting treatment, so that the organic waste is converted into organic fertilizer under the action of the Perionyx excavatus. The method of the present invention not only ensures that good growth and reproduction of the Perionyx excavatus during the composting treatment, but also that the obtained organic fertilizer conforms to the carbon-nitrogen ratio specification of organic fertilizer product category number 5-10. In the step (2), the Perionyx excavatus is placed in the organic waste at a temperature range of 22 DEG C to 28 DEG C and a humidity range of 60% to 80% for the composting treatment. The time for the composting treatment is 48 days. In the step (1), based on the total dry weight of the organic waste being 100wt%, the dry weight of the fermented waste mushroom bag sawdust ranges from 40wt% to 60wt%, and the dry weight of the fermented cow manure ranges from 40wt% to 60wt%. In the step (1), the fermented waste mushroom bag sawdust is prepared by fermenting waste mushroom bag sawdust for four weeks. In the step (1), the fermented cow manure is prepared by fermenting cow manure for two weeks. Based on the total dry weight of the organic waste being 100wt%, the dry weight of the fermented waste mushroom bag sawdust is 50wt%, and the dry weight of the fermented cow manure is 50wt%. |
