【課題】再構成可能なリフレクトアレイ構造を提供する. 【解決手段】位相シフトスイッチングダイオードと,位相シフトスイッチングダイオードの一端に結合される第1金属部材と,位相シフトスイッチングダイオードの他端に結合される第2金属部材と,を含む金属回路と,を備え,第1金属部材と第2金属部材の一方は,第1放射部及び第2放射部を含み,第1放射部は,位相シフトスイッチングダイオードと第2放射部との間に位置し,第1長さを有し,第2放射部は,第1長さと異なる第2長さを有する再構成可能なリフレクトアレイ構造.これにより,再構成可能なリフレクトアレイ構造は,ダンベル形状又は二重環状となり,広帯域及び広走査範囲の特性を備え,且つ構造が簡単で,コストが低く,損失が低く,無線移動通信への応用に非常に適する.

To provide a reconfigurable reflect array structure.SOLUTION: A reconfigurable reflect array structure includes: a phase shift switching diode; and a metal circuit including a first metal member coupled to one end of the phase shift switching diode and a second metal member coupled to the other end of the phase shift switching diode. One of the first metal member and the second metal member includes a first radiation unit and a second radiation unit. The first radiation unit is located between the phase shift switching diode and the second radiation unit and has a first length. The second radiation unit has a second length different from the first length. Therefore, the reconfigurable reflect array structure has a dumbbell shape or a double-ring shape, characteristics of a wide band and a wide scanning range, and a simple structure, is low in cost and loss, and is very suitable for application to wireless mobile communication.
