【課題】本発明は,再構成可能な反射アレイ構造を備えるシステムを提供する. 【解決手段】再構成可能な反射アレイ構造を備えるシステムは,少なくとも1つの位相シフトスイッチダイオードと少なくとも一部がこの少なくとも1つの位相シフトスイッチダイオードに電気的に接続される複数の再構成可能な反射ユニットとを含む放射層と,放射層に電気的に接続される少なくとも1つのスイッチ素子とこの少なくとも1つのスイッチ素子に電気的に接続される少なくとも1つの制御ユニットとを含む制御層と,を含み,これらの再構成可能な反射ユニットの数は,この少なくとも1つのスイッチ素子の数と異なる.これにより,位相シフトスイッチダイオードの数,スイッチ素子の数,制御ユニットの数又は表示素子の数を減少させ,さらに,システム全体の電力消費,製造コスト,及びその後のメンテナンスコストを大幅に低減させることができる.

To provide system having a Reconfigurable ReflectArray (RRA) structure.SOLUTION: A system having a Reconfigurable ReflectArray (RRA) structure includes: a radiation layer which includes at least one phase shift switch diode and a plurality of reconfigurable reflective units some of which are electrically connected to the at least one phase shift switch diode; and a control layer which includes at least one switch element electrically connected to the radiation layer and at least one control unit electrically connected to the at least one switch element. Therein the number of those reconfigurable reflective units is different from the number of the at least one switch element. Consequently, the phase shift switch diode, the switch elements, the control unit, or display elements are decreased in number, and the system is further greatly reduced in power consumption, manufacturing cost, and subsequent maintenance cost on the whole.
