專利摘要

An electromagnetic wave transmission structure adapted to converging an electromagnetic wave is provided herein. The electromagnetic wave transmission structure includes a substrate and a transmission unit disposed on the substrate. The transmission unit includes an annular metal sheet having multiple inner and outer diameters. A weighted average of the inner diameters and a weighted average of the outer diameters are separately related to a wavelength of the electromagnetic wave, a focal length of the electromagnetic wave transmission structure for converging the electromagnetic wave to a focal point, and an incident distance between a source of the electromagnetic wave and the focal point. The inner diameters and the outer diameters of the annular metal sheet have a same change-trend along the periphery of the annular metal sheet. A weight value of each said inner diameter is related to a reference included angle between a reference axis and each said inner diameter, and a weight value of each said outer diameter is related to a reference included angle between the reference axis and each said outer diameter.
