7. Process reimbursement of university patent-related expenses.

8.  Assist faculty with R&D exhibitions, and tech promotion.

1. Develop and manage policies for university spin-off companies and feedback mechanisms.

2. Handle administrative tasks for entrepreneurship review meetings.

3. Plan strategies for commercialization and spin-off creation, including tech valuation.

4. Manage equity from tech-based capital contributions (agreements, tracking, taxation, etc.).

5. Handle equity disposal planning and post-disposal profit distribution.

6. Assist inventors with tax deferral applications due to equity income.

7. Oversee conflict of interest and disclosure for faculty startups.

8. Track spin-off operations annually and report to MOE.

9. Manage other R&D-based startup-related tasks.

10. Support R&D result promotion and management.

11. Handle other assigned duties.

1. Manage MOE Higher Education Sprout Projects (Industry-Academia Linkage and Matchmaking), including progress tracking, audits, reporting, and budgeting.

2. Visit science parks (Central, Southern Taiwan) for company needs and R&D support.

3. Coordinate with science park associations for meetings, talent programs, and events.

4. Support industrial parks (Taichung, Chiayi, Tainan, Kaohsiung) with technical guidance and grant applications.

5. Manage affairs for industrial park associations (Dapumei, Minxiong), including talent and tech programs.

6. Assist faculty Industry-Academia Linkage and Matchmaking , including progress tracking.

7. Assist faculty with R&D exhibitions, seminars, and promotions.

8. Expand Innovation Incubation Center and provide company support.

9. Serving as the occupational safety and health liaison for the Office of R&D.

10. Handle other short-term tasks as assigned.
