專利摘要

A batch-type bamboo charcoal furnace continuous operating system includes a bamboo charcoal furnace unit, a cooling unit, a control unit, and a collection unit. The bamboo charcoal furnace unit includes an outer furnace, and at least one inner furnace detachably arranged on the outer furnace. The outer furnace defines a heating chamber. The inner furnace has an upper cover detachably covering the heating furnace wall and closing the heating chamber, and a furnace barrel detachably engaged at a lower side of the upper cover. The control unit includes a first temperature measurement module, and a first temperature measurement pipeline communicating with the first temperature measurement module and one of exhaust ports. After the bamboo materials are heated and carbonized, the inner furnace can be moved to the cooling unit and a sprinkler is configured to spraying cooling water on the inner furnace for cooling. Thereby, the cooling rate of the inner furnace can be increased, so that the upper cover can be opened more safely and the carbonized bamboo charcoal inside the furnace barrel can be obtained.
