By mixing the fly ash washing wastewater with the carbon source-containing wastewater and the nitrogen source-containing wastewater to obtain the mixed wastewater, and using the mixed wastewater as a culture medium for Chlorella growth, this method of using algae to purify the fly ash washing wastewater enables Chlorella to grow stably, thereby effectively removing high concentrated chloride salts from the fly ash washing wastewater.
